Refund policy

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, which can be utilized for future purchases.
Please note that return are not permitted on items purchased at website sale/ CRED sale or discounted price.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations will be entertained only before the order is shipped.

EXCHANGES
We allow a one-time exchange per product category to ensure you find the perfect fit and better understand our brand's sizing.
● Exchange Request will be offered within 5 days from the date of delivery.

You can either send us back the product or You can pay Rs.250 if you want us to arrange a pick-up from your address.

● No exchange request will be entertained if the order is placed during a sale.

PRE-ORDER
Items placed on pre-order with partial payment can be cancelled, but they are not eligible for a refund.
