What is ripoff ?

Ripoff is a streetwear clothing brand, we mainly make graphic heavy pieces which are inspired by the hip-hop culture and western mythology. 

 

 

Where is it ripoff from ?

We are based out of Ahmedabad and we even have a physical studio for people who want to try stuff before buying.

 

How long has it existed for ?

Ripoff was started in January 2021, so we are approximately 4 years old currently.

 

Where can i shop from apart from the website ?

Currently we are covering 5 cities in India,
Ripoff studio - Ahmedabad

Broadway- Hyderabad and Gurgaon

 

Why did you name it RIPOFF ?

RIPOFF, has a negative meaning according to Oxford dictionary. It means duping or stealing from someone. 

We believe in providing value to the customer while keeping the pieces on the affordable side. Keeping a negative name is a play on words, instead of stealing we are giving value (unlike the actual ripoff brands who charge a bomb for a mid graphic tee ).

How can i place an order ?

You can place an order through our website or visit the partner stores mentioned above.

 

What will happen if i don't like the fitting of the product ?

We are excellent at suggesting sizes, so we urge you to DM us on Instagram or write us an email if you are confused about the size.

 

What if i don't like the product ?

Tough luck, we don't do exchanges or returns on the basis of that.

( unless you are from Ahmedabad, in that case you can just come to the studio and get it exchanged )

We accept all major cards, UPI and we also have Cash on delivery (COD ) available as a payment method.

How long does shipping take ?

After placing an order, we will fulfill it within 24 hours and depending on the delivery address, it will take between 2 - 4 days to reach you.

After placing an order, we will fulfill it within 24 hours and depending on the country, it will take between 1 - 2 weeks to reach you.
